    33-355.  LEVY FOR PLANT FACILITIES RESERVE FUND -- ELECTION. The governing
body of a school subdistrict may call an election in the school subdistrict,
pursuant to the provisions of section 33-804, Idaho Code, for the purpose of
submitting to the qualified school electors of the school subdistrict the
question of a levy by a school subdistrict of a school plant facilities
reserve fund tax.
