    33-316.  COOPERATIVE CONTRACT TO EMPLOY SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL AND/OR
PURCHASE MATERIALS. The trustees of two (2) or more school districts may
cooperatively enter into written contract to employ specialized personnel
and/or purchase materials which in the judgment of the contracting school
districts are necessary or desirable for the conduct of the business of the
school districts.
