    33-315.  COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES -- LEGISLATIVE INTENT DECLARED.
The legislature of the state of Idaho hereby declares its intent to encourage
school districts to cooperatively provide those educational services which
they are unable to offer singly or which can be provided more economically
and/or more efficiently in combination with other districts.
