    33-130A.  CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS FOR PRIVATE OR PAROCHIAL SCHOOL
EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS. If requested by the principal or governing board of
a private or parochial school, the department of education, through the
cooperation of the department of law enforcement, shall establish a system to
obtain a criminal history check on employees  of the school or persons
entering into contracts with the school. The criminal history check and fees
shall be as provided in section 33-130, Idaho Code.
