2005 Idaho Code - 33-124 — SPECIAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

                                  CHAPTER 1
                           STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION
    33-124.  SPECIAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS. Any school district, or
combination of school districts, within the state of Idaho, including charter
districts, may submit to the state board of education a plan for the operation
of a program providing instruction and training for handicapped students under
the age of twenty-two (22) years in vocational education. The state board of
education may approve or disapprove such a plan. However, should the state
board approve such a plan, then the program operated under such a plan shall
be entitled to all considerations and benefits which by law are available to
the educational programs of the school districts.
