                           STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION
    33-111.  BUDGET FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. The state board shall submit
to the budget director of the state, at a time set by said director, a budget
for each state educational institution under its government and control,
showing the financial needs of said institutions for the period for which
appropriations are to be made. The board shall direct and control all funds so
appropriated.
