                           STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION
    33-110.  AGENCY TO NEGOTIATE, AND ACCEPT, FEDERAL ASSISTANCE. The state
board is designated as the state educational agency which is authorized to
negotiate, and contract with, the federal government, and to accept financial
or other assistance from the federal government or any agency thereof, under
such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by congressional enactment
designed to further the cause of education.
