                                  CHAPTER 1
                           STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION
    33-109.  ANNUAL REPORT. The state board shall cause to be prepared a
report of its actions and expenditures for each year ending on the thirtieth
day of June  with such recommendations as it shall deem proper for the good of
the state educational institutions and public schools of the state. Such
report shall be prepared in the form and number, and filed at the time,
provided by sections 59-608 and 59-609, Idaho Code.
