                              DOMESTIC RELATIONS
                                  CHAPTER 4
                 MARRIAGE LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND RECORDS
    32-411.  DISPOSITION OF PENALTIES. All fines and penalties accruing under
the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the county treasury for the
use of the common schools in the county where the offense was committed.
