                   PRELITIGATION CONSIDERATION OF INDIGENT
                         RESOURCE ELIGIBILITY CLAIMS
    31-3550.  DECLARATION OF PUBLIC POLICY. It is the declaration of the
legislature to be in the public interest to encourage nonlitigation resolution
of claims between the counties and health providers of the state of Idaho by
providing for prelitigation screening of such claims contesting indigent
resource eligibility by a hearing panel as provided in this chapter.
