                             RECREATION DISTRICTS
    31-4312.  TREASURER OF BOARD -- DUTIES. The treasurer shall have custody
of all funds belonging to the district, shall keep accurate accounts of all
such district funds, shall keep all district funds in the banks or investments
designated by the board, shall have custody of the financial records of the
district, shall pay out district funds only upon legally authorized checks or
warrants signed by the treasurer and countersigned by the president, shall
perform all other duties which are provided in this act to be performed by the
treasurer or which are directed or authorized by the board, and shall execute
and file with the secretary an official bond in an amount to be fixed by the
board but the costs of such bond shall be paid from district funds.
