                       JOINT CITY AND COUNTY HOSPITALS
    31-3707.  DEPOSIT OF HOSPITAL FUNDS. No funds coming into the custody of
the hospital board under the provisions of this act need be deposited with the
treasurer of either the city or county, but the same, including all checks,
drafts and other instruments for the payment of money acceptable for deposit
in banks, may be deposited in a bank or trust company in accordance with the
provisions of the public depository law.
