2005 Idaho Code - 31-3410 — DECISION OF COUNTY

                           COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW
                                  CHAPTER 34
                        NONMEDICAL INDIGENT ASSISTANCE
    31-3410.  DECISION OF COUNTY. The board shall give written notice of its
decision within fifteen (15) working days following completion of the
interview. In an emergency circumstance, the clerk or his designee shall make
an immediate decision regarding nonmedical assistance. The decision of the
board is final if a timely notice of appeal is not filed.
