    31-806.  ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR PARK OR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES --
DEDICATION -- EMINENT DOMAIN. The board of county commissioners of each county
in this state may purchase, lease, obtain by gift or accept by grant from
private persons, corporations, the United States, the state of Idaho or other
governmental agencies, real or personal property, within or without its
territorial limits, and may hold, maintain, improve and operate the same for
the use and purpose of a public park or public recreation, and it may dedicate
property already owned by the county to a like purpose. This section shall not
affect the right of a county to acquire property by proceedings in eminent
domain.
