                      PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS
    30-1314.  ADMISSION OF FOREIGN CORPORATIONS -- REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE
OF AUTHORITY. (a) A professional corporation organized under the laws of
another jurisdiction may obtain a certificate of authority to do business in
this state only if all the officers, employees, or agents who render the
corporation's services in this state are licensed under the laws of Idaho to
render such services.
    (b)  If it be determined by the appropriate professional licensing body of
this state that an unlicensed officer, employee or agent of an admitted
foreign professional corporation is rendering or has rendered professional
services in this state in the course of his relationship with the corporation,
the licensing body shall certify that fact to the Secretary of State. The
Secretary of State shall upon receipt of such certification revoke the
corporation's certificate of authority in accordance with section 30-1-122,
Idaho Code.
