                               IDAHO ESCROW ACT
    30-904.  PLACE OF BUSINESS. No licensee under this chapter shall engage in
the escrow business at any place of business for which it does not hold a
license, nor shall it engage in business under any other name than that on the
license. Every escrow agency licensed under this chapter shall maintain a home
office as its principal location for the transaction of escrow business. The
director may, on application, issue additional branch licenses to the same
escrow agency licensee upon compliance with all the provisions of this chapter
governing the issuance of a single escrow agency license.
