2005 Idaho Code - 27-125 — ADOPTION OF BUDGET -- HEARING

                         CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIUMS
                                  CHAPTER 1
                      CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT LAW
    27-125.  ADOPTION OF BUDGET -- HEARING. A board shall adopt a budget and
any board with a proposed budget in excess of twenty-five hundred dollars
($2,500) shall cause a public hearing to be held upon such budget prior to
certifying a tax levy to the board of county commissioners.
