    25-228.  SWINE -- DISINFECTION OF PENS AND OTHER PREMISES. The
representatives of the division or the inspectors or agents of the United
States department of agriculture/animal and plant health inspection
service/veterinary services shall be authorized and empowered to clean and
disinfect any premises that may have contained swine affected or infected with
or exposed to hog cholera, pseudorabies, or other contagious, infectious or
communicable disease. Such disinfecting shall be done at the expense of the
owner and under the supervision of the division, with a disinfecting agent,
approved by and used in accordance with the rules and regulations of the
division.
