                          CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES
    25-154.  PROMOTION, RESEARCH AND EDUCATION POLICY. It is to the best
interests of all the people of the state of Idaho that the abundant and
natural resources of Idaho be protected, fully developed and uniformly
distributed. It is in the public interest and within the exercise of the
police power of the state to protect the public health; to prevent fraudulent
practices; to provide the means for the development of markets; to provide
production research and education; and to encourage new product development
and promotion of the sheep, lamb and wool industry.
