                          CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES
    25-133.  COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL AUTHORITIES. The board is hereby
authorized to accept on behalf of the state, the rules and regulations
prepared by the secretary of agriculture of the United States under and in
pursuance of section numbered three (3) (21 U.S.C. sec. 114;) of the Act of
Congress approved May 29, 1884, entitled "an act for the establishment of the
bureau of animal industry, to prevent the exportation of diseased cattle, and
to provide means for the suppression of and extirpation of pleuropneumonia and
other contagious diseases among domestic animals," and to cooperate with the
authorities of the United States in the enforcement of the provisions of said
act; provided, however, that all action taken by the employees of the United
States while acting under the provisions of this chapter as state inspectors
of sheep and bucks, shall be exercised under the joint supervision of the
board and the chief of the bureau of animal industry.
