2005 Idaho Code - 23-1312 — BY THE DRINK LIQUOR RETAILERS MAY PURCHASE FROM DISTRIBUTORS

                                  TITLE  23
                             ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
                                  CHAPTER 13
                   COUNTY OPTION KITCHEN AND TABLE WINE ACT
    23-1312.  BY THE DRINK LIQUOR RETAILERS MAY PURCHASE FROM DISTRIBUTORS.
Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, including but not limited to section
23-914, Idaho Code, the holder of a license for the retail sale of liquor by
the drink as defined in chapter 9, title 23, Idaho Code, is hereby authorized
to purchase wine from persons holding valid wine distributor's licenses.
