               CANOLA AND RAPESEED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT
    22-4705.  QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS. Members of the commission shall be
nominated and appointed because of their ability and willingness to serve the
interests of the state of Idaho and their knowledge of the state's natural
resources. Members shall be citizens of the United States, over twenty-five
(25) years of age, and residents of the state of Idaho who are actually
engaged in the growing of canola or rapeseed in the state and have been for at
least the three (3) years immediately preceding appointment. Members must
derive a substantial portion of their income from growing canola or rapeseed
in the state of Idaho. There shall be two (2) production districts from which
members shall be appointed:  the northern district being that portion of the
state lying north of the Salmon River; and the southern district being that
portion lying south of the Salmon River. There shall be one (1) member
appointed from each district, and one (1) member appointed at-large from
either district.
