                       WHEAT -- PROMOTION OF MARKETING
    22-3313.  ESTABLISHMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S OFFICE. For the
convenience of the majority of those most likely to be affected in the
administration of this chapter, the executive director, upon recommendation of
the commission, shall establish and maintain an office for the executive
director within the state of Idaho.
