                       WHEAT -- PROMOTION OF MARKETING
    22-3312.  APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR -- DUTIES -- SALARY. The
commission shall appoint an executive director who shall devote full time to
the administration of this chapter. He shall proceed immediately to prepare
the plans and general program necessary and adequate to carry out the policies
that are adopted by the commission. The executive director shall be paid a
reasonable salary fixed by the commission, commensurate with his duties, and
all necessary expenses.
