2005 Idaho Code - 22-3311 — BONDS OF AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES

                         AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE
                                  CHAPTER 33
                       WHEAT -- PROMOTION OF MARKETING
    22-3311.  BONDS OF AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES. The executive director, or any
agent or employee appointed by the commission shall be bonded to the state of
Idaho in the time, form and manner as prescribed by chapter 8, title 59, Idaho
Code. The cost of the bond is an administrative expense under this chapter.
