2005 Idaho Code - 22-1605 — PENALTY FOR DISCLOSURES

                                  TITLE  22
                         AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE
                                  CHAPTER 16
                      PREVENTION OF PRICE DISCRIMINATION
    22-1605.  PENALTY FOR DISCLOSURES. No person shall disclose any fact or
information obtained pursuant to or under the provisions of this chapter
except for the purpose of prosecuting or aiding in the prosecution of persons
charged with the violation of the terms of this chapter. And any person
violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and punished accordingly.
