2005 Idaho Code - 21-119 — ENFORCEMENT OF AERONAUTICS LAWS

                          AERONAUTICS ADMINISTRATION
    21-119.  ENFORCEMENT OF AERONAUTICS LAWS. (a) Enforcement Officers. It
shall be the duty of the director and employees of the department, and every
state and municipal officer charged with the enforcement of state and
municipal laws, to enforce and assist in the enforcement of this act and of
all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant thereto and of all other
laws of this state relating to aeronautics; and in that connection each of the
aforesaid persons is authorized to inspect and examine at reasonable hours any
premises, and the buildings and other structures thereon, where airports, air
navigation facilities, air schools, or other aeronautical activities are
operated or conducted. In aid of the enforcement of this act, the rules,
regulations and orders issued pursuant thereto and of all other laws of the
state relating to aeronautics, general police powers are hereby conferred upon
the director and such of the employees of the department as may be designated
by it to exercise such powers.
    (b)  Court Aid. The department is authorized, in the name of the state, to
enforce the provisions of this act and the rules, regulations and orders
issued pursuant thereto by injunction or other legal process in the courts of
this state.
