2005 Idaho Code - 20-234 — PAROLE INFORMATION TO BE TRANSMITTED TO THE SHERIFF AND COUNTY PROSECUTOR
TITLE 20 STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS CHAPTER 2 STATE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS 20-234. PAROLE INFORMATION TO BE TRANSMITTED TO THE SHERIFF AND COUNTY PROSECUTOR. Whenever any person committed to the custody of the state board of correction shall have been granted a parole by the commission, it shall be the duty of the commission to transmit to the sheriff and the prosecuting attorney of the county within which said prisoner shall be paroled, a copy of the parole agreement, and information as to the place of residence of said prisoner within said county and the sheriff shall notify local law enforcement and other pertinent agencies.
