                          STATE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS
    20-232.  REMISSION OF FINE OR PENALTY CERTIFIED TO COURT. Upon the
remission of a fine or penalty by the commission, it shall be the duty of the
commission forthwith to certify the same to the clerk of the court, where said
fine or forfeiture was adjudged, who shall file the same in his office, and
said proceedings shall constitute a satisfaction of the judgment.
