                          STATE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS
    20-226.  RECORDS OF PRISONERS. The state board of correction shall cause a
complete record to be kept of every prisoner committed to its custody. Such
record shall be organized in accordance with the most modern method of filing
and indexing so that there will always be immediately available a complete
history on each prisoner. Such records shall be subject to disclosure
according to chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code.
