                                  CHAPTER 2
                          STATE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS
    20-214.  ASSISTANTS AND OFFICERS. The state board of correction shall have
power and authority to employ, to specify the training, and to fix the duties
of such assistants, officers and other persons necessary for the proper and
efficient administration of the department of correction and the property used
in connection therewith, for the administration of the parole and probation
system, and generally for the carrying out of the provisions of this act,
subject to the provisions of chapter 53, title 67, Idaho Code.
