2005 Idaho Code - 20-201 — DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION CREATED

                                  TITLE  20
                        STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS
                                  CHAPTER 2
                          STATE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS
    20-201.  DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION CREATED. There is hereby created the
department of correction which shall consist of the board of correction and
the commission of pardons and parole. The department of correction shall, for
the purposes of section 20, article IV, of the constitution of the state of
Idaho, be an executive department of state government.
