    19-862.  APPROPRIATION FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER -- PRIVATE CONTRIBUTIONS. (a)
The board of county commissioners of each county shall annually appropriate
enough money to administer the program of representation that it has elected
under section 19-859.
    (b)  If the board of county commissioners of a county elects to establish
and maintain an office of public defender, the county may accept private
contributions toward the support of his office.
