                             TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE
                              AND ELECTRIC LINES
    18-6805.  PUNISHMENT FOR REMOVAL, DESTRUCTION OR BURNING OF ELECTRIC LINES
OR PLANTS. Any person or persons violating any provision or provisions of the
two preceding sections or any part of said sections, shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00, or by imprisonment in
the penitentiary not to exceed ten years, or by both such fine and
imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
