                                  ELECTIONS
    18-2315.  ELECTION OFFENSES NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR. Every person who
wilfully violates any of the provisions of the laws of this state relating to
elections is, unless a different punishment for such violation is prescribed
by law, punishable by fine not exceeding $1,000, or by imprisonment in the
state prison not exceeding five (5) years, or by both.
