2005 Idaho Code - 18-1103 — PUNISHMENT FOR BIGAMY

                                  TITLE  18
                            CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                             BIGAMY AND POLYGAMY
    18-1103.  PUNISHMENT FOR BIGAMY. Bigamy is punishable by fine not
exceeding $2,000 and by imprisonment in the state prison not exceeding three
(3) years.
