                       MEANS OF PRODUCTION OF EVIDENCE
    9-708.  DISOBEDIENCE OF SUBPOENA -- PENALTY TO AGGRIEVED PARTY. A witness
disobeying a subpoena also forfeits to the party aggrieved the sum of $100,
and all damages which he may sustain by the failure of a witness to attend,
which forfeiture and damages may be recovered in a civil action.
