                                  CHAPTER 4
                               PRIVATE WRITINGS
    9-412.  EXEMPLAR. Whenever the genuineness of a writing is at issue, any
writing admitted or proved to be genuine is competent evidence as an exemplar
for the purpose of comparison with the disputed writing: provided, that such
writing so admitted or proved to be genuine shall in no way refer or relate to
any matter then in issue.
