                                  CHAPTER 3
                               PUBLIC WRITINGS
    9-346.  IMMUNITY. No public agency or independent public body corporate
and politic, public official, or custodian shall be liable, nor shall a cause
of action exist, for any loss or damage based upon the release of a public
record governed by the provisions of this chapter if the public agency or
independent public body corporate and politic, public official or custodian
acted in good faith in attempting to comply with the provisions of this
chapter.
