    6-906A.  TIME FOR FILING CLAIMS BY MINORS. No person who is a minor shall
be required to present and file a claim against a governmental entity or its
employee under this chapter until one hundred eighty (180) days after said
person reaches the age of majority or six (6) years from the date the claim
arose or should reasonably have been discovered, whichever is earlier.
