                       PROCEEDINGS IN CIVIL ACTIONS IN
                               COURTS OF RECORD
                                  CHAPTER 2
                            LIMITATION OF ACTIONS
    5-240.  "ACTION" INCLUDES SPECIAL PROCEEDING. The word "action" as used in
this chapter is to be construed, whenever it is necessary so to do, as
including a special proceeding of a civil nature.
