46-56 Purchasing.

§46-56 Purchasing. The director of finance of each county that does not have any centralized purchasing provision in its charter, may adopt rules and regulations governing the procurement and purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and services, subject to the requirements of chapter 103D.
