386-84 Limitation of time with respect to minors and mentally incompetent.

§386-84 Limitation of time with respect to minors and mentally incompetent. No limitation of time provided in this chapter shall run as against any person who is mentally incompetent or a minor dependent so long as the person or minor has no guardian or next friend.
