371-9 Penalties.

§371-9 Penalties. (a) Any employer, employee, or other person who wilfully violates any lawful rule of the department for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $250, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each such offense.

(b) Any person who, after twenty-one days written notice and the opportunity to be heard by the director, is found to have violated any lawful rule of the department for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense.
