482-52 Liability for fraudulent registration.

[§482-52] Liability for fraudulent registration. Any person who knowingly makes a false or fraudulent representation or declaration in registration documents filed with the director shall be liable for all damages sustained as a result of the registration documents as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
