136-2 Harassment; prohibited.

HI Rev Stat § 136-2 (2016) What's This?

[§136-2] Harassment; prohibited. No person eighteen years of age or over shall intentionally focus, point, or shine a laser pointing device directly or indirectly into the eye or eyes of another person, or upon another person or animal, in such a manner as would reasonably be expected to annoy, harass, or alarm the person or animal.
