844D-92 Local DNA laboratories.

[§844D-92] Local DNA laboratories. Any local DNA laboratory that produces DNA profiles of known reference samples for inclusion within the permanent files of the state DNA database and data bank identification program shall follow the instructions of the department for production of DNA profiles.
