481P-8 Contracts voidable.

[§481P-8] Contracts voidable. A contract or agreement made as a result of telemarketing activity that violates this chapter is voidable by the consumer for any reason at any time and shall not be enforced against the consumer and any debt arising therefrom shall not be reported to a credit reporting agency.
