469. Undertakers, Embalmers, Funeral Directors
469-8 Penalty.
§469-8 Penalty. Any person who practices as an embalmer or undertaker without being registered with the department of health as herein provided shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250 or imprisoned not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days, or both.
