445. County Licenses
445-36 Auctioneer may sue.

§445-36 Auctioneer may sue. Every auctioneer may sue in the auctioneer's own name any person purchasing property sold by the auctioneer at auction, whether to enforce specific performance of the sale or to collect the purchase price thereof.
